Postpartum Doula Support
Because caring for a new baby should include caring for you, too.
The postpartum season is tender, beautiful, exhausting, and deeply transformative. While so much attention naturally shifts toward your new baby, you deserve to be held, nourished, and cared for as you recover and adjust to this new chapter.
My postpartum doula care offers compassionate, in-home support tailored to the needs of you and your family. Whether you need reassurance, practical help, newborn guidance, or simply a safe place to share how you’re truly feeling, I’ll meet you where you are—with warmth, patience, and absolutely no judgment.
You were never meant to do this alone.
Care Centered Around You
No two postpartum experiences are the same. Your recovery, your baby, your household, and your emotions are all uniquely yours—which means your support should be, too.
During our time together, I’ll listen to what you need most and help create a calmer, more nurturing environment for your family. Some days that may mean talking through a difficult night. Other days, it may mean caring for the baby while you shower, helping with feeding, folding laundry, or simply reminding you that you’re doing better than you think.
There is no expectation to have everything figured out before I arrive. Come exactly as you are.
In-Home Postpartum Support
I provide practical and emotional support during the early weeks after birth, helping you recover, adjust, and settle into life with your newborn.
Your postpartum care may include:
- A compassionate, judgment-free space to talk and be heard
- Encouragement and reassurance as you build confidence
- Help understanding your baby’s cues and rhythms
- Guidance with newborn care and soothing techniques
- Infant-feeding support
- Support for your partner and older children
- Light household help and errands
- Time and space for you to rest, eat, shower, or breathe
Rather than arriving with a rigid agenda, I’ll work with you to determine what would feel most supportive each time we meet.
Infant-Feeding Support
Feeding a new baby can come with questions, uncertainty, and many emotions. Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, combination feeding, or still deciding what works best for your family, you deserve informed and compassionate support without pressure or judgment.
I can offer encouragement, help with positioning and everyday feeding routines, and support you as you learn your baby’s cues. If needs arise beyond my scope as a doula, I can help connect you with an appropriate lactation or healthcare professional.
The goal is not perfection—it is helping you and your baby feel supported and cared for.

Newborn Care and Confidence
Every new parent deserves the time and support to learn their baby at their own pace.
I can help you become more comfortable with everyday newborn care, including:
- Diapering and bathing
- Swaddling and soothing
- Understanding hunger and sleep cues
- Creating gentle routines
- Practicing safe newborn-care basics
- Finding approaches that feel right for your family
I am not here to take over or tell you there is only one “right” way to parent. I am here to answer questions, share knowledge, and help you trust yourself as you get to know your baby.
Listening, Encouragement, and Emotional Care
Postpartum life can hold joy, grief, exhaustion, love, anxiety, and overwhelm—sometimes all within the same day.
I offer a safe place to speak openly about what you’re experiencing without needing to minimize it or pretend everything is perfect. I’ll listen, offer gentle reassurance, and remind you that your needs and emotions matter, too.
When additional support may be helpful, I can encourage you to connect with your healthcare provider or other trusted postpartum resources. Asking for help is never a failure. It is an act of care for both you and your family.
Personalized Prenatal Visits
Welcoming a baby changes the rhythm of the entire household. My role can extend beyond caring for you and your newborn to helping the whole family find its footing.
Partner Support
- I can offer guidance and reassurance to your partner, helping them better understand how to support your recovery, care for the baby, and adjust to their own new role.
Sibling Support
- Older children may need extra patience and connection as they welcome a new sibling. I can help them feel included, supported, and secure during this transition while encouraging a loving relationship with the new baby.
Household Support
- Sometimes the most loving support is simply taking something off your plate. Light housework and errands can help your home feel calmer and give you more time to rest, recover, and connect with your baby.
This Support May Be Right for You If…
- You want compassionate support as you recover from birth
- You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what you need
- You would like guidance with feeding or newborn care
- You want time to rest, shower, eat, or tend to yourself
- You need a safe, nonjudgmental person to talk to
- Your partner or older children could use additional support
- You don’t have family nearby or need more help than your village can provide
- You simply want someone in your corner during this transition
You do not have to be struggling to deserve postpartum care. Support is not something you need to earn—it is something every new mother should be able to receive.
Let Me Be Part of Your Village
